At Zulu Athletic, we stand by the quality of our gear. If your performance equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
